Shipping will be done within 24 hours (or the next business day) after payment confirmation. High-value Cash on Delivery orders will require confirmation via customer contact.

Order Status:

• Awaiting Confirmation: This means we are waiting for you to make the payment for your order.
• In Processing: This means your payment has been received.
• Completed/Dispatched: Your order has been shipped, and the tracking codes will also be provided.
• Failed: Something went wrong with your order; it could be due to missing data or a stock-out issue from the supplier.

Important:

• Shipping is done in padded envelopes with no store or product description, ensuring total privacy.
• When placing an order, you may receive your items in multiple packages if they come from different suppliers. Tracking codes for each shipment will be available in your customer area.
• In case your order is seized by customs or lost by the transport services, and it is confirmed, we will refund 50% of the total order value to an IBAN and account holder of your choice.
• If your order is returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect from the carrier’s premises, we will resend it to the new address you provide, but there may be an additional shipping cost.
• If any items arrive damaged, defective, or tampered with, simply contact us, and we will resend the products at no cost to you.
• If there is an exceptional stock-out (from a supplier), you will be sent the same substance from another brand (and supplier), never of lower quality, and at no additional cost.
• In your customer area, you have access to all your order information, including current order status, tracking codes, and additional information.

Return and Refund Policy:

Our return and refund policy is valid for up to 15 days. If 15 days have passed since you received your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must not have been used and must be in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

It’s Important to Note:

We are a dropshipping store based in Turkey. We are not a physical store or an online store selling illegal products or those requiring prescriptions in your country; we are simply the link between the customer and the supplier. We do not hold stock, so any product listed as “Out of Stock” or “Unavailable,” or any mention of “stock-out” in the terms and conditions, refers to product unavailability from the supplier’s side.

The buyer, when placing an order, agrees to:

• Not hold us responsible for the import requirements and regulations in the buyer’s country.
• Not violate any local laws regarding the Agency of Medicines and being familiar with local health ministry regulations, including any prescriptions required to import pharmaceutical products.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Not be addicted to any of the pharmaceutical products being purchased.
• Be aware of the functions and side effects of all purchased items.
• Be aware of the correct dosage and instructions for each pharmaceutical product purchased.
• Agree that the order is for LEGAL USE in the destination country.
• Understand and comply with their country’s laws regarding the purchase of prescribed pharmaceutical products and agree to indemnify the owners and operators of this website for their actions.
• Have a valid prescription for the pharmaceutical products being purchased and be taking them under medical supervision.
• Understand that the supplier, as the seller, may request to consult your prescription as per applicable legislation.
• Agree that Gold Muscle Labs merely acts as the intermediary between you and the supplier.
